Following the completion of the Olympic Games in Beijing 2008, Harrison's delivered a high profile handover and raising of the olympic flag in London.
For this prestigious event, Harrison's had to ensure the flagpoles fitted the bespoke stage setting and that irrespective of wind conditions, the flags would fly prominently on the day. Following a consultation with the client, the site was inspected and assessed. Harrison's were able to design, test and engineer fan assisted flagpoles to ensure the correct amount of air would force the required size flag to fly.
The ceremony was a triumph, the flags flew and were an instant and striking success.
